Book: Scratching the DARNSCARSS of Diversity – Scratching the DARNSCARSS of Diversity is a thought‑provoking exploration of the real, often unspoken challenges organizations face when pursuing diversity, equity, and inclusion. Rather than offering surface‑level solutions, the book digs into the “scars” left by historical inequities, cultural misunderstandings, and organizational blind spots. Through candid insights, practical frameworks, and reflective storytelling, it challenges leaders to confront uncomfortable truths, rethink traditional approaches, and build workplaces where diversity is not just a metric—but a meaningful, lived experience. It’s a guide for anyone committed to creating cultures of belonging, accountability, and authentic human connection. Link: https://a.co/d/1iP8NxK
